This Contract shall be in effect for a period of two (2) years from the Effective Date and shall automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the Effective Date for a period of twenty four (24) months unless either party provides notice to the other of its intent to terminate this Contract no less than sixty (60) days before the end of the current Agreement.
