The Engineering Department for the City of West Lafayette respectfully requests the approval of the West Lafayette Board of Public Works and Safety to formally accept Duke Energy’s Lighting Service Agreement for service and maintenance of street lighting on Northwestern Avenue and Columbia Street. The monthly energy fees for the City will be $33.33. The West Lafayette Public library is responsible for the lumpsum fee as out lined on the attached agreement.
