This Agreement governs the relationship between Licensee, a Business or Personal Entity, (hereinafter: Licensee) and Alex MacArthur, a private person whose principal place of business is in the state of Tennessee, United States of America (hereinafter: Licensor). This Agreement sets the terms, rights, restrictions and obligations on using TypeIt JS (hereinafter: The Software) created and owned by Licensor, as detailed herein.
