This limited cooperative agreement is entered into pursuant to Section 6(c)(1) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and Alaska Statute Sections 16.05.020 and 16.05.050, as may be amended, between the United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G). Hereinafter, the parties shall be referred to as NMFS and ADF&G, respectively. All terms contained herein shall be given the same meaning as defined at 50 C.F.R. Section 222.102.

This limited cooperative agreement is entered into pursuant to Section 6(c)(1) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and Sections 379.2431, 379.204, and 379.2291, Florida Statutes, and Section 9, Article IV of the Constitution of the State of Florida, as may be amended, between the United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC). Hereinafter, the parties shall be referred to as NMFS and FWCC respectively. All terms contained herein shall be given the same meaning as defined at 50 C.F.R. Section 222.102.

Hereinafter, the parties shall be referred to as NMFS and MDMR respectively. All terms contained herein shall be given the same meaning as defined at 50 C.F.R. Section 222.102.

This limited cooperative agreement is entered into pursuant to Section 6(c)(1) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and Guam Revised Statutes chapter 195D, as may be amended, between the United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), and the State of Guam, Department of Agriculture, acting by and through its Division of Aquatic and Wildlife Resources. Hereinafter, the parties shall be referred to as NMFS and DAWR respectively. All terms contained herein shall be given the same meaning as defined at 50 C.F.R. Section 222.102.

This limited cooperative agreement is entered into pursuant to Section 6(c)(1) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and Georgia Endangered Wildlife Act of 1973., O.C.G.A. § 27-3-130 et seq. and the Georgia Game and Fish Code, O.C.G.A. § 27-1-6, as may be amended, between the United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GDNR). Hereinafter, the parties shall be referred to as NMFS and GDNR respectively. All terms contained herein shall be given the same meaning as defined at 50 C.F.R. Section 222.102.
