The agreement is required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect the privacy of individual health information [45 CFR 164.514(e)(4)(i)]. Data will be released through the Center for Health Information Analysis (CHIA), of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
