This agreement ("Agreement"), is entered into, by and between m Payments Pty Limited (126 015 227) of Level 6/97 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060 ("mPayments") and Hubbed Pty Limited (159 190 833) of Pier 8/9, 23 Hickson Road, Miller's Point ("Distributor"). The parties desire to enter into a distribution relationship, the governing terms and mutual promises of which are set out in this Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement shall be 30 April 2013 ("Effective Date").
