The present license agreement (further "License") is the legal agreement between you (the private or legal person) and SIA "ZRF BRIO" regarding to the specified software in the title, printed materials and also any "built - in" or "electronic" documentation (further "Program"). The program also includes any updating, additional software and/or additions, which can be given or available to you from SIA" ZRF BRIO " after purchasing of you a basic copy of the program and only in the case, if such additions are not provided by the other license agreement or conditions of use. You agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement by installing, copying, loading, providing of access or using the specified program by any other way. If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement, you have no right to use the given pro- gram.
