THIS AGREEMENT is made on the date of the Sales Invoice between INVENTIVE MEDICAL LIMITED (registered number 05176992) whose registered office is at Suite 16, Cardiff Medicentre, Heath Park, Cardiff, UK, CF14 4UJ (“IML”) and the person, partnership, company or other undertaking to whom the Sales Invoice is addressed (the “Customer”).
