The Crestliner Division of Brunswick Corporation (“Crestliner”) warrants to you, the first retail purchaser of a Crestliner 2020 model year boat, if purchased from an authorized Crestliner dealer and operated under normal, non-commercial use ("Crestliner Boat"), that it will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, defects in material or workmanship that are reported within the applicable warranty periods set out below, subject to the remedies, exclusions and limitations set out in this Limited Manufacturer Warranty. This Limited Manufacturer Warranty does not apply to Crestliner pontoons, riveted Jon or Outreach boats which are covered by separate warranties.

This Limited Manufacturer Warranty does not apply to any boat which has been salvaged or declared a total loss or constructive total loss for any reason not covered in this limited warranty. This Warranty also does not apply to the following items:

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of this futon. This article is guaranteed against defects in materials (other than covering materials) and workmanship for 5 years – 2 years non-pro- rated and 3 years pro-rated. Should this article fail to meet the provisions of this guarantee, the purchaser may return it to the original vendor or the factory at the purchaser’s expense and the guarantor will either repair or replace the article at guarantor’s option at a price equal to 1/5 of the current price, whichever is applicable to the warranty period corresponding to the product purchased, times the number of years of service, should the product have been in service beyond the non-pro- rated period. Should the article fail to meet the provisions of the guarantee during the non-pro-rated period, all of the previously stated provisions apply, except that the repair or replacement will be done at no charge to the purchaser.
