The contract is updated annually, approved by the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and distributed each spring to all renewing and incoming trainees for their signature. Please read this Agreement carefully prior to signing it and returning it to your training program coordinator or program director. A signed copy of this Agreement will then be kept on file in the residency management systems (MedHub). A copy may also be kept by your department/training program.
