Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Feeney, Inc. ("Feeney") warrants, that the aluminum frame of the Awnings, including all metal parts and components thereof, and the polycarbonate panel (collectively, the "Product") will: (i) meet the performance criteria outlined in the published specifications; and (ii) be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use, conditions, installation and maintenance instructions. The warranty for the aluminum frame of the Awnings, including all metal parts and components thereof, shall be valid for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, and two (2) years from the original date of purchase for the polycarbonate panel (the "Limited Warranty").
