This Evaluation Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between the Liquidware entity identified below (“Liquidware”) and the Customer identified below (“Customer”) and is effective on the last date under the parties signatures below (“Effective Date”). Customer wants to obtain an evaluation license to Liquidware’s software identified below (“Licensed Software”). The parties agree as follows:
