THIS LIQUOR MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 2nd day of February, 2007 (“Effective Date”) by and between HRHH Hotel/Casino, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), and Hard Rock Hotel, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Operator”).
