THIS LNG FUEL SUPPLY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 18, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Fortis Hawaii Energy Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of British Columbia, whose principal place of business is located at 1111 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6E 4M3 (“Seller”), and Hawaiian Electric Company Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Hawai‘i, whose principal place of business is located at 900 Richards Street, Honolulu, Hawai‘i 96813 (“Buyer”). Seller and Buyer are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
