THIS LOAN AMENDING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of April 3, 2024 with an effective date of March 31, 2024, by and between CELLY NUTRITION CORP., a Borrower existing under the laws of the Province of British Columbia (the “Borrower”), and FSD PHARMA INC. a company incorporated under the laws of the province on Ontario.
