THIS AMENDMENT to Loan and Security Agreement and Intercreditor Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of March 28, 2008, by and among: (I) SILICON VALLEY BANK (“SVB” or “Bank”); (II) GOLD HILL VENTURE LENDING 03, L.P.
