This Loan Officer Origination Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between City of Morgan Hill, a California municipal corporation (“City”), Nyanda and Associates, LLC, a California limited liability company d/b/a House Keys (“Administrator”) and Name (“Loan Officer” or “LO”). City, Administrator and LO are also referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
