This letter agreement when signed by Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. and Big Chunk Corp. (together herein for convenience “Liberty Star” or “you”), will constitute our agreement to settle the loan owing by Liberty Star to Northern Dynasty in the principal amount of $3,730,174 plus all accrued interest thereon (collectively the “Loan”).
