The following terms and conditions, together with the applicable Sprint cover agreement, and the Sprint Standard Terms and Conditions for Communications Services (collectively, the “Agreement”) will govern the local Sprint operating company’s or Embarq Communications, Inc.’s provision and Customer’s use of Local Dedicated Internet Access (the “Services”) specified in the Agreement.
