This Subrecipient Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between the County Commissioners of Caroline County, Maryland (the “Recipient”), a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of the State of Maryland, and St Martin’s Ministries, Inc., a Maryland nonprofit corporation, duly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Maryland (the "Subrecipient").
