This will confirm our agreement with respect to ESRT Empire State Building, L.L.C. (sometimes “Licensor” or “we”) granting you (sometimes called “you” or "Producer" or “Licensee”), a license to enter and use the Licensed Area (as hereinafter defined) in the Empire State Building located at 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY (the “Building”). We hereby grant to you a license (the "Location License") to enter and use the Licensed Area on the following terms and conditions:
