License to Enter. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the undersigned licensor (“Licensor”) hereby grants to [COMPANY NAME] ("Producer") and its affiliated companies a revocable license to enter upon and film, videotape, photograph and otherwise record at [designate location within SLAC] (“the Location”) on [Insert Date] located at the address named below ("Property") but only as approved by an authorized representative of Licensor, who shall accompany and escort Producer’s film crew throughout the shoot. In the exercise of such rights, Producer shall be permitted to enter upon the Property on the date(s) noted above (“Shoot Date(s)”), with such personnel and standard equipment as may be necessary. Advance written permission is required for specialized equipment such as infrared cameras, mapping technology, or aerial or drone photography.
