all of our Heartland licensees will be billed a monthly lock box lease fee (subject to change) and, in return, we will be provided with lock boxes not to exceed current listing inventory. We understand this agreement is in effect for a one-year period, will automatically renew, and may not be terminated by the company until December 31st. However, the Heartland REALTOR® Organization may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to me.

$4.00 per week and, in return, I will be provided with lock boxes not to exceed current inventory. I understand that this agreement is in effect for a one-year period and may not be terminated by me until December 31, 2010, provided, however, that the McHenry County Association of REALTORS® may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to me. It is my further understanding that I will not be billed for any agent who is no longer licensed under me but will incur the same charge for all new agents joining my firm during the said one-year term.
