WHEREAS the Masonry Contractors'Association of Toronto Inc., acting on behalf of the Companies whose names appear on the attached Scheduleof Employers and the Union wish to make a common Collective Agreement with respect to certain employees of the Employers engaged in construction as defined in Article of this Agreement and to provide for and ensure uniform interpretationand application in the administrationof this collective bargaining agreement; and
