These Fanno Logistics Terms including the Logistics Fees and Charges (“Logistics Terms”) are between You, a merchant of Fanno (“You” or “Merchant”), and Perceiver Limited, a company registered in England and having its registered address at 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 6EG (“Fanno” or “we”), the operator for Fanno, for the provision of logistics services by Fanno to You (“Logistics Services”) for the products (“Product(s)”) sold by You to a buyer (“Buyer”) on Fanno.
