This Long-Range Memorandum of Agreement (LRMOA) is entered into among the JSTARS System Program Director (ESC/JS) and the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC) [both representing the United States Air Force (USAF)] and the Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) [Integrated Systems Sector, Airborne Ground Surveillance and Battle Management Systems Business Area, Melbourne, Florida]. ESC/JS, WR-ALC and NGC are hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Parties”.
