This Long-Term Performance-Based Restricted Stock Unit Grant Agreement (“Performance Stock Unit Grant”) between Nabors Industries, Inc. (“NII”), acting on behalf of Nabors Industries Ltd. (“NIL” or the “Company”), and Anthony G.
