Based on the fact that Party A (the purchaser of this contract) intends to purchase the goods provided by Party B from Party B (the supplier of this contract), it is determined that Party B is qualified to supply to Party A based on the review of various materials submitted by Party A and Party B It is agreed to provide Party A with goods that meet the requirements of Party A; Party A and Party B, based on the principle of mutual benefit and common development, on the basis of equality and voluntariness, have signed this contract in order to establish a long-term friendly cooperative relationship.
