This Looker Trial Agreement (the “Looker Trial Agreement”) is made between Google and the entity agreeing to these terms (“Customer”). "Google" has the meaning given at https://cloud.google.com/terms/google-entity. This Looker Trial Agreement is effective on the earlier of Customer (i) clicking to accept it, (ii) executing an Order Form that references or contains a link to this Looker Trial Agreement, or (iii) using the Services (the “Effective Date”). By undertaking any of the foregoing actions, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Looker Trial Agreementeula and represents it has the authority to enter into this Looker Trial Agreement.
