THIS CLOUD SERVICE LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) IS BETWEEN LOOKOUT, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES AND THE ENTITY AGREEING TO THOSE TERMS (THE “CUSTOMER”). THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS THE SUBSCRIPTION TO AND THE USE OF THE LOOKOUT CLOUD SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW).

This Amendment to Lookout Cloud Service Agreement (“Amendment”) applies only to users of the Services that are accessing, using, or wish to access or use the Services in their capacity as U.S. government or U.S. public entities or in their capacity as employees of a U.S. government or U.S. public entity. If You are a U.S. government or U.S. public entity or an employee acting on behalf of one of those entities, read on. This Amendment applies to You. If You are not, then this Amendment does not apply to you, but Lookout’s Cloud Service Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to you. Defined terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
