THIS LOT J PARKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between JACKSONVILLE I-C PARCEL ONE HOLDING COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), and CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, a consolidated municipal and county political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “City”). Owner and the City are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party”.
