This agreement is made and entered into this day of by and between the City of Shreveport, herein represented by Adrian Perkins, Mayor, pursuant to Resolution No. of , hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” and the LSU Board of Supervisors acting through Louisiana State University in Shreveport, herein represented by Dr. Larry Clark, Chancellor, pursuant to Section 5-4 of the By-Laws of the LSU Board of Supervisors, hereinafter referred to as “LSUS.”
