If you are renting the unit sight unseen, your signature(s) on this reservation releases Owner, and its representatives from any deficiencies you may find in the unit upon your arrival. The person(s) signing this agreement assumes all responsibility for the actions and behaviors of all guests. This agreement must be signed and returned along with appropriate deposit payment before your reservation will be confirmed.
