Note: This draft was prepared by the Town-University Joint Staff Work Group for discussion by the Town Council and University Board of Trustees at a work session on April 22, 2009. This draft incorporates staff refinements, public comments, and Council-Trustee comment onf the 3/31/09 draft. Revisions made to the 3/31/09 draft are highlighted. It is anticipated that a updated LUMO text amendment and draft development agreement will be submitted to the Town Council in late April 2009 for formal review by Town advisory boards and the public in May and June 2009.
