The undersigned CITY OF GLENWOOD SPRINGS, a Colorado home rule city (“Grantor”) and the undersigned GLENWOOD LAND HOLDINGS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Grantee”), hereby enter into this Maintenance and Encroachment Easement for Retaining Wall Anchor (“Easement Agreement”) as of the day of August, 2022.
