NDDOT Contract No. 38220416Maintenance and Nonencroachment Agreement • August 10th, 2022
The state of North Dakota, acting by and through its Director of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as NDDOT, whose address is 608 East Boulevard Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota 58505-0700, and the city of Minot, hereinafter referred to as the City enter into the following agreement regarding the use of NDDOT airspace for non-highway-related purposes. Whereas the City has requested the right to use the property located within the right of way under the Burdick Expressway Bridge as shown in the attached figure.
