Contract Type FiledMarch 10th, 2021This Maintenance and Support Addendum (this “Support Addendum” or “Support Agreement”) describes the maintenance and support services that Moogsoft provides to its End User under a certain agreement licensing Moogsoft software and referencing this Support Addendum (the “Agreement”) between Moogsoft and the End User. All capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Agreement. The terms and conditions herein are in addition to the Agreement and are hereby incorporated into the terms of the Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Support Addendum and the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall apply, except where a term of the Agreement is expressly modified or excluded by the terms of this Support Addendum.
