THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between HARBOUR WATERWAY SPECIAL DISTRICT, a dependent special district created by City of Jacksonville, Florida Ordinance No.2010- 725-E, and Harbour Water Association, Inc., a homeowner’s association (collectively, “Owner”) and Dredge America, Inc., a Missouri Corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida (“Contractor”).
