The Town has found success and efficiency in having certain mechanical equipment maintained on a scheduled program. The HVAC units at the Centennial Park clubhouse have previously been maintained by Arctic Engineering. Their previous agreement expired at the end of April. They’ve continued to service our facility and act as our on-call contractor when something is in need of immediate attention at the Centennial Park clubhouse as there is familiarity between the contractor and the facility equipment.
