This Major Equipment Supply Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and effective this 19th day of February, 2019, (“Effective Date”) by and between Southeast Renewable Fuels, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Owner”), and Sim Agro, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“Major Vendor”). Major Vendor and Owner may be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
