This Managed Applicant Commission Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the date set forth below, (“Effective Date”) by and between On Deck Capital, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 1400 Broadway, New York, NY 10018 (“On Deck”) and the Applicant Manager (defined below) (each may be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms as set forth in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.
