SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENTManaged Services Addendum • February 26th, 2024
This Managed Services Addendum (this “Addendum”) is incorporated into the UpSkill, LLC. (“Health Scholars”) Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) with respect to any Managed Services (as defined below) provided by Health Scholars to Customer in conjunction with any other Services. All capitalized terms used herein but not expressly defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning as set forth in the Agreement.

This Managed Services Addendum (the "Addendum") is a part of and incorporated into the Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) enter into between DARKHORSE TECH, INC., a New York corporation (‘Provider”) and the party that executed the associated Order (“Client”). The date on which Client signed the Quote for Managed Services shall be the "Effective Date" of this Agreement.
Managed Services Addendum to Master Terms and ConditionsManaged Services Addendum • March 25th, 2024
This Managed Services Addendum is governed by and between the Master Terms and Conditions and Order Form between the Dalet party identified on the Order Form (“Dalet”), and the Company identified on the Order Form (this Managed Services Addendum, together with the Master Terms and Conditions, the Order Form, and any other addenda, the “Agreement”). By having access to, receiving, and/or using the Services, Company agrees, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by and to comply with the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Managed Services Addendum and any Order Form, the Order Form shall control.
