BY CLICKING THE “I AGREE” BUTTON, OR USING THE KOVERSE, INC. (“KOVERSE”) SERVICE (THE “SERVICE”), THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY USING THE OFFERING (“CUSTOMER”) REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT (1) IT HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”), (2) IT IS OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING AGREEMENT WITH KOVERSE, AND (3) IT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT PERSONALLY OR IF ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, IT HAS THE RIGHT TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, CUSTOMER MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

This managed services subscription agreement is made up of these Terms & Conditions of Service (including any Annexes and Appendices hereto, “Terms”) together with any current or future Proposals/Order Forms, which are all incorporated into this agreement by this reference (collectively, “Agreement”). It is made between Customer (“Customer” or “you”) and Skills4Good (“Skills4Good”) as identified on the Proposal/Order Form. Customer and Skills4Good shall each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties” for purposes of this Agreement.
