This is an English version of the original agreement regarding issuance and market making in Government Securities in Icelandic. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Icelandic version shall prevail.
AGREEMENT REGARDING PRIMARY DEALING AND MARKET MAKING IN GOVERNMENT BONDSManagement Agency • May 9th, 2003
The NDMA pays to the Primary Dealer on the above settlement days, i.e. twice during the Agreement, an amount which is calculated as a percentage of the market share of all Primary Dealers transactions in Iceland Stock Exchange's electronic trading platform (marked as "AUTO") with the series named in paragraph 7 in this Agreement. At disposal for all Primary Dealers on each occasion are total 31 m.kr.
AGREEMENT REGARDING ISSUANCE OF TREASURY NOTES AND MARKET MAKING IN TREASURY NOTES AND BONDSManagement Agency • May 9th, 2005
The NDMA pays the Primary Dealer on the above settlement days, i.e. twice during the Agreement, an amount which is calculated as his percentage of the market share of all Primary Dealers transactions in Iceland Stock Exchange's electronic trading platform (marked as "AUTO") with the series named in paragraph 7 in this Agreement the six months prior. At disposal for all Primary Dealers on each occasion is total 24 m.kr.
