This Parks Bond Management and Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Johns Creek, Georgia, a Georgia municipal corporation (“Municipality”) and CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Consultant”) as of day of , 2017.
