This Aproove Work Management Cloud Services Agreement is between APROOVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., an Illinois corporation, with offices located at 132 N. York Street, Suite 1A, Elmhurst, IL 60120 (“Aproove”) and the individual or entity that has executed the Agreement (“You” and/or ‘Client”).
