On May 8, 2014, the Administrative Agreement on the Federal Gas Tax Fund in British Columbia (the Agreement) was signed between the federal and provincial governments and the Union of BC Municipalities (UBCM). Section 3.3 of Annex B of the Agreement establishes the Management Committee.
