This Long-Term Land Management Funding Recipient Agreement (“Recipient Agreement”) is entered by and among the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, an agency of the State of California (the “CDFW”), the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (the “Foundation”) and [insert name of Bank Property Owner as the funds recipient] (the “Recipient”) (together, the “Parties,” and individually, a “Party”), as of the date of the signature of the last Party to sign (such date, the “Effective Date”).
