When we use “Customer,” “you” or “your,” we are referring to you, our Customer. When we use “we,” “us” or “our,” we are referring to Ricoh USA, Inc. (“Ricoh”) or, if we assign this Agreement pursuant to Section 3 below, the Assignee (as defined below). Our corporate office is located at 300 Eagleview Blvd, Suite 200, Exton, PA 19341.
