THIS AMENDMENT TO MANAGEMENT SERVICES RIGHTS CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is entered into as of November 28, 2005 by and among REPUBLIC PROPERTIES CORPORATION, a District of Columbia corporation (“RPC”), RICHARD L. KRAMER (“Kramer”), STEVEN A.
